Exceptional staff and pet-friendly services
We had a wonderful stay, thanks to the exceptionally friendly staff who were incredibly accommodating, especially towards our dog. The room was spacious and conveniently located, making it easy to access outdoor areas for walks. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast options, which provided a great start to our day. I noticed that the Wi-Fi connection was a bit slow and could be improved for a better overall experience.

A lovely stay! The room was spacious and well-appointed, quite the comfy retreat after a long day. Plus, the location was perfect for a stroll to the Kelpies.
Just a heads up, the windows don't lock, which I discovered when an unexpected breeze tried to crash my stay! And let's not talk about finding a key that could double as a doorstop.

I loved how spacious my room felt, really comfortable and clean. The bed offered great support, perfect for a good night's sleep. The bathroom impressed me too. it was modern with plenty of hot water. Enjoyed the local breakfast options at the on-site restaurant, and the service was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, I did find the room decor a bit dated and in need of updates. There were minor maintenance issues, like a spider web in the corner that caught my eye. The location is convenient for local attractions, but I had some noise disturbances from events happening nearby during my stay. Could benefit from better soundproofing.

the towel warmer in the room didn't work n the big distribution depots nearby were kinda offputting. a bit noisy at night too.
