No complaint, the venue exceeded high expectations. The place was clean, I booked the twin room with garden views, everything was good. I was here for 3 nights and ate at attached restaurant for evening meals. A work desk, a satellite TV and a seating area were standard, but I liked that.

The breakfast was delicious Scottish: with haggis and black pudding. Just the way we like it. . The rooms are nice and big.
In contrast to our last visit four years ago, the cleanliness has decreased somewhat (more dust, e.g. under the bed or cobwebs between the standard lamp and the wall - so everything can be endured).

Comfortable, spacious room. Convenient location.
Breakfast service was very slow. Single waitress rushed off her feet - needed more assistance. Dinner in associated restaurant not as good as expected.

The grange was a great experience for us! The staff were super friendly, especially during check-in and checkout. We loved that they informed us about the beautiful lights in falkirk. The breakfast staff were lovely, and our dog enjoyed his sausage surprise! The room service was excellent after our long trip on the nc 500.

The hotel was clean and comfortable with friendly staff.
We also attended a wedding reception whilst staying in the hotel. I did not like the bar charges. The cost of soft drinks are far too high. Not a good idea when there are people who will be driving.
